International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping via DHL.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days (excluding any customs delays).
All international shipments are trackable.
Please note: customs duties and taxes are not included and may apply upon arrival.
Returns
We hope you love your purchase, but if not — returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
Returned items must be:
• New, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged
• In their original packaging, with all tags attached
Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
You may also opt for store credit.
Return shipping costs and cancellation fees may apply.

Exchanges
Exchanges may be requested within the same 14-day return window.
Items must meet the same return conditions.
Sale, pre-order, or made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange.
Once approved, you will receive instructions by email.

• Mimanera reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the policy conditions.
• Refunds will only be processed after items are received and inspected, or once proof of return is provided.
• Items returned worn, stained, or without original tags will not be accepted.
