How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

Most orders are shipped from Tel aviv, Israel warehouse within 2 business day of being placed. Our business day are Sun - Thu, excluding holidays.

*Domestic Shipping:

Standard Home Delivery Standard delivery cost 30₪ 5-7 working days. During high season and Sale, delivery might take a little longer.

*International orders:

normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping with EMS service. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?

Before placing the order, make sure to log into your account and then complete the purchase!

How Can I Track My Order?

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the ׳My Account׳ area and also you can see all the details in the message that you will receive from the shipping company (HFD) with a link to track the presence of the package right after the package leaves our warehouse

How To Return My Items?

You may return full priced items for a refund postmarked within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it with the original tags.

Sale items and swinwear cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on any Gift Cards purchased.

The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item/s using a trackable shipping method. All shipping costs are non-refundable. The Mimanera Shop is not responsible for items not received due to shipping issues while in transit.

To prepare your return:

Check that all labels are on items 

 and then send us email:

info@mimanera.com

with order number and reason. courier will collect your item back to our office at cost 30LS.

Once your returned item is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

with order number and whice item would you like instead. And we will take care of everything. And you will only have to pay for the shipping 30ILS.

The Size Guide is conveniently available on the page of each product.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Habitat accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
